Stow Sees 19 Recorded Property Transfers as September Sales Span $125,000 to $1.095 Million
Stow recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, though only nine carry a sale price so far, ranging from $125,000 to $1,095,000 with a median of $700,000. The month's top sale was a condominium at 40 Ridgewood Dr, Unit 35, which sold for $1,095,000 to Carter Buckley. Nine of the 10 transfers still without a recorded price appear to be family, trust or estate transfers rather than open-market sales, based on matching names between grantor and grantee. With sale prices pending on more than half of recorded transfers, a fuller picture of September's market will take shape as registry data updates in coming days.
