Stow Home Sales Range From $311,000 to $1.23 Million as Trust Transfers Dominate Deed Activity
Stow recorded 18 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, though only seven carried a sale price in registry data so far, ranging from $311,036 to $1,230,000 with a median of $749,000. The period's top sale was 21 Sylvan Dr., which sold for $1,230,000 on Aug. 26. Sylvan Drive was the only street with more than one recorded transfer. More than half of the period's 18 transfers, 11 in all, involved sellers and buyers with matching or related names, consistent with family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales, a pattern worth watching as more prices are recorded.
