Stow Deed Filings Show Wide Price Range, Few Disclosed Sales
Stow recorded 17 property deeds between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only seven disclosed a sale price, ranging from $311,036 to $1,230,000 with a median of $627,150. The period's top sale was 21 Sylvan Dr at $1,230,000, followed by 40 Ridgewood Dr Unit 35 at $1,095,000. Ten of the 17 deeds were transfers within families, into trusts, or from an estate, which explains the limited pricing data. Condominium units accounted for six of the 17 transfers. With most deeds lacking disclosed prices, the data offers only a partial picture of true market activity this period.
