Two Stow Sales Top $1.2 Million as August Deed Prices Range Widely
Twelve Stow properties changed hands between July 31 and Aug. 29, though only six deeds disclosed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $300,000 to $1,320,000, with a median of $630,000. The period's top sale was 4 Lanes End Rd, which sold for $1,320,000 on Aug. 4 to Yuanxiang Liu and Xianjun Jin. Half of all recorded deeds involved owners transferring property into family or individual trusts rather than selling to outside buyers, and two condo units in the same Meeting House Lane building both changed hands. No comparative volume data was available to characterize the overall pace of the market.
