Stow Records 17 Property Transfers, Median Sale Price Holds at $850,000
Stow recorded 17 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, with 10 disclosing sale prices ranging from $300,000 to $1.32 million and a median of $850,000. The period's top sale was 4 Lanes End Road, which sold for $1,320,000 on Aug. 4 to Yuanxiang Liu and Xianjun Jin. Seven of the 17 transfers moved property between family members and their own trusts, none with a disclosed price, meaning market-rate pricing data is available for barely more than half of recorded deeds. Three units at 34 Meeting House Lane changed hands during the period, and two Sylvan Drive properties transferred into family trusts.
