Stow Records 19 Property Transfers in September, Topped by $1.095 Million Condo Sale
Stow recorded 19 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with 10 showing a sale price so far: a range of $125,000 to $1,095,000 and a median of $663,575. The top sale was a Ridgewood Drive condominium unit at $1,095,000, followed closely by a Pine Ridge Road home at $1,070,000. Four of the 10 priced sales were condominiums, including two separate units on Meeting House Lane. Nine of the 19 recorded deeds show no price yet, several of them transfers into family trusts or among family members rather than open-market sales; prices for the remaining transactions typically post to the registry within about a week.
