STOW — Randall Library Trustees unanimously appointed Ricky Sirois as Library Director and David Carroll as Trustee Treasurer, then postponed the full library reopening from mid-March to mid-April due to punch list work and a 40-shelf shortfall in the shelving system delivery. Chair Morgan Hillman reconvened the revote to ensure open meeting law compliance. The trustees approved the annual report and donor recognition plaque, and authorized a lobby-only soft opening for March 13-14 to allow patrons to request items for pickup while construction work continues in the rest of the building.
