Stow Library Trustees unanimously hire Ricky Sirois as Library Director. Chair Morgan Hillman led the Board through candidate interviews on February 3, with Sirois appearing at 8:15 p.m. after Pamela Gardner withdrew her application. Co-interim Directors Jael Gorham and Sarah Hurtig confirmed the March 13-15 reopening remains on schedule: shelf installation is underway, movers are booked for February 10-11, and most technology should be operational by month's end.
The Trustees unanimously approved a three-event opening schedule — Donor Event March 12, Ribbon Cutting weekend of March 13-15 (date and time pending state representative availability), and Children's Event March 21 — to avoid parking conflicts with a concurrent Tag Sale and Arts Buffet at Center School on Saturday, March 14.
