The Stow Council on Aging announced Oct. 30 that the November 2026 edition of its Senior Scoop newsletter is out. The paper version was delivered to Stow households as an insert in the Action Unlimited on Oct. 30, and an electronic copy is available on the town website, with paper copies also available at the Council on Aging.

Registration for activities listed on pages 6 and 7 of the newsletter opens Monday, Nov. 2, unless early registration is noted for a specific activity. Registration for recurring activities opens mid-month of the month before the activity. Residents can register through MyActiveCenter, by calling the Council on Aging at 978-897-1880, or in person at the Pompo Community Center.

Residents who did not receive their copy of the Senior Scoop can report a missing newsletter.

The Council on Aging also announced it will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 11, for Veterans Day, and on Thursday, Nov. 26, and Friday, Nov. 27, for Thanksgiving.
