Stow's Well Adult Clinic shifts to Nov. 4 for Veterans Day
Stow's free Well Adult Drop-In Clinic for residents moves to Wednesday, Nov. 4, from noon to 1:30 p.m. because of Veterans Day, then returns to its regular second-Wednesday schedule in December.
The Town of Stow announced Oct. 28 that the monthly Well Adult Drop-In Clinic will meet on a special date in November because of the Veterans Day holiday.
The clinic, which is open to all adult Stow residents and free of charge, is normally held on the second Wednesday of the month. For November, it will instead take place Wednesday, Nov. 4, from noon to 1:30 p.m. In December, the clinic returns to its regular schedule, meeting the second Wednesday of the month from 10 a.m. to noon.
Both sessions are held at the Pompositticut Community Center, 509 Great Road. The clinic is intended for healthy adults; residents who are feeling unwell are asked to contact their primary care physician instead.
In addition to the monthly clinics, Nashoba Nurses are available for phone consultations Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through the Nashoba Board of Health office. Residents can reach the office at 978-772-3335 or 800-427-9762, ext. 340, for more information.
