Lake Boon Commission · Meeting of April 7, 2026
STOW — The Lake Boon Commission authorized Chair Daniel Tereau to answer an open meeting complaint over its Basin 4 dock restrictions. Tereau told members and Dan Barstow and Conray Wharff that their emails covered only scheduling, agendas and logistics, and the commission would send its response to the Attorney General's Office. The complaint, dated March 30, challenges the 3-0 Rule 7 vote on March 18.
Members also approved a $223 reimbursement for shrink-wrapping the patrol boat. One member said the Basin 4 restriction "was something we had to do to protect the lake." Members proposed a review of all lake rules and fines for a meeting aimed for the first week of May.
