Lake Boon Commission · Meeting of May 6, 2026

STOW — The Lake Boon Commission began answering a second open meeting law complaint over its Basin 4 dock ban. Daniel Tereau presented a draft of about 30 pages disputing claims that members deliberated privately from Feb. 19 to March 18 before adopting Rule 7B. Members Dan Barstow and Conray Wharff agreed the cited emails involved scheduling, agendas and shared research.

One member said "Disagreement is welcome." The commission voted by voice to have Tereau finalize the report, which will be sent to the relevant authorities and posted publicly. The complaint, from the Lakemont Dock Committee, was received April 27.
