Stow Zoning Board approves amended 2025 annual report and releases six executive session minutes. Chair David Hartnagel and the five-member board, meeting January 5, voted unanimously to approve the draft report after adding language on the board's rules review, a review of Special Permits from 2022 to 2024, and recognition of Planning Department staff. In a separate unanimous vote, the board released Executive Session Minutes from April 30, 2018; August 27, 2018; October 22, 2018; November 8, 2018; March 4, 2019; and June 17, 2024, after litigation involving the Collings Foundation, Plantation Apartments, and four other parties was resolved in court.
The board also unanimously approved the Planning Department's unchanged fiscal year 2027 budget, which includes no increase from the prior year.
