Stow Community Preservation Committee agrees to increase historic school restoration funding request. The committee unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and is scheduling review of Barbara Clancy's revised West School Restoration application, which will seek up to $450,000 to address prevailing wage and construction escalation; the application was initially pegged at $431,200. The group documented a $16,630 Fuss & O'Neill invoice for Wetland Replication Design work.
The Conservation Restriction on Rock Bottom Farm application remains pending landowner appraisal and plans.
