Stow TV budget holds staff at three, approves FY27 spending plan

Stow TV budget approved with steady staffing and emerging tech needs. The Local Access Channel Advisory Committee unanimously backed the FY27 spending plan, maintaining three positions and absorbing a Castus fee increase for captioning and streaming. Executive Director Jonathan Daisy is recruiting a new Access Coordinator after a departure.

Committee members noted that equipment reductions are temporary and future computer upgrades will likely be needed to support artificial intelligence tools used in video editing; no scholarship or Shakespeare event funding is included in the plan.
