Stow recorded 20 property deeds between July 17 and Aug. 15. Among the 12 sales with a disclosed price, values ranged from $300,000 to $1,320,000, with a median of $867,500. The top sale was 4 Lanes End Rd at $1,320,000, sold by David and Emily Hottal to Yuanxiang Liu and Xianjun Jin. Eight of the 20 recorded transfers, 40% of the total, had no disclosed price and involved matching grantor and grantee family names, consistent with trust transfers rather than open-market sales. Disclosed-price sales were roughly split across price tiers, with five above $1 million.
