Stow Records 19 Property Transfers in July, But Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed

Stow recorded 19 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only seven deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $800,000 to $1,285,000 with a median of $1,085,000. The month's top sale was 249 Boxboro Road at $1,285,000, sold by Atli and Jaana Thorarensen to David and Melissa Danza. Twelve of the 19 deeds were transfers between family members or into trusts, none of which disclosed a price, meaning the seven disclosed sales offer only a partial picture of July's actual market activity in Stow.
