The month's top sale was 249 Boxboro Road at $1,285,000, sold by Atli and Jaana Thorarensen to David and Melissa Danza. Twelve of the 19 deeds were transfers between family members or into trusts, none of which had a price recorded, meaning the seven recorded sales offer only a partial picture of July's actual market activity in Stow.
