Chair Lori Clark and members Karen Kelleher, John Colonna-Romano, Margaret Costello, Nancy Arsenault, and voting associate Deb Woods voted 5-0 across multiple motions to reject the Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, finding the project failed to meet multiple zoning bylaw requirements. The Board continued the Masters Academy International public hearing to July 14 pending peer consultant review and rejected a modification request for a no-cut buffer at 38 Hiley Brook Road.
