Stow home sells for $1.635 million as fall market shows wide price spread

Stow recorded 18 property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, with 12 carrying a sale price so far; the rest show "price not yet available" as figures catch up to the registry. Prices ranged from $125,000 to $1,635,000, with a median of $755,000. The month's top sale was 120 Maple St., which sold for $1,635,000 on Oct. 2, followed by 15 Devincent Drive at $1,280,000. Meeting House Lane saw two condo sales, and several other transfers involved trusts or family members rather than open-market buyers, a pattern evident in the deed data but not explained by it.
