Of the 10 sales with a recorded price, amounts ranged from $505,000 to $1,320,000, with a median of $1,092,500; six of those 10 topped $1 million. The month's largest sale was 4 Lanes End Road at $1,320,000, sold by David and Emily Hottal to Yuanxiang Liu and Xianjun Jin. Nine of the 19 deeds, just under half, were family trust transfers with no price listed, including two properties on Wheeler Road. No sale below $500,000 was recorded among the recorded transactions.
