Stow Historical Commission accepts Arsenault as associate member
Historical Commission · Meeting of April 2, 2026
STOW — The Stow Historical Commission unanimously admitted Nancy Arsenault as a non-voting associate member through July 1 and endorsed the Lions Club's Waiting Station refurbishment project. Chair Dot Spaulding, alongside members Barbara Clancy and Stacen Goldman, also approved prior meeting minutes and the Treasurer's report without change. The commission heard that the Community Preservation Committee and Capital Planning both approved the West School preservation application, with Capital Planning voting support on March 26 following Clancy's attendance at a March 19 meeting where concerns about occupancy, fire safety, stairs, and cost estimates were raised.
Commission members will prepare a Town Meeting presentation on the West School project.
