STOW -- The town is operating under a Level 3 Critical Drought declaration, according to the alert currently posted on the town's official website, as officials continue several infrastructure notices around town this month.

Stow's website lists a Level 3 Critical Drought designation among its active alerts, the town's highest published tier of water-restriction status. The town has not detailed specific new restrictions beyond the designation itself; residents can find current guidance through the town's Alert Center.
The town also has a road-closure notice in effect for Barton Road, according to the website, and the Crescent Street sidewalk project, which began construction the week of July 2, continues as crews build new sidewalks along the corridor.
