Select Board reorganizes; Toole retains chair role

Stow Select Board re-elects Toole as Chair, Hegemann as Clerk in reorganization. The Board unanimously approved committee assignments including Brian Patuto to Capital Planning, Hector Constantzos to Green Advisory and MBTA committees, Ingeborg Hegemann to MAGIC, and Dan Petersen to the Stow Municipal Affordable Housing Trust. Leonard Golder was appointed to the Board of Assessors through June 30, 2029, on a unanimous vote, and five building inspectors were reappointed for one-year terms.
The Board voted 5-0 to petition the General Court for authority to issue digital legal notices, citing Stow's lack of a qualifying print newspaper, and voted unanimously to require all board and committee members to sign the Code of Conduct before appointment or reappointment.
