Select Board approves three-year Town Administrator employment contract revision

Stow Select Board approves revised Town Administrator contract. The board unanimously approved a three-year employment agreement for Town Administrator Denise M. Dembkoski with annual salaries of $205,000 for FY27, $215,000 for FY28, and $225,000 for FY29.
Additional contract terms include an increased car allowance of $5,200 annually, consolidated vacation time of 200 hours, professional development allowance raised to $5,000 per year, and severance increased to nine months. The board stated it was recognizing Dembkoski's work accomplishments and addressing market-rate parity, noting that comparable towns offer additional benefits Stow does not provide.
