STOW — Select Board approves two housing projects and authorizes park celebration permits. The Board unanimously approved a 20-unit development on Bruen Road under Chapter 40B comprehensive permit rules, with five units permanently affordable; separately, it approved a six-unit all-affordable homeownership project on Red Acre Road, authorizing Chair Birch-McMichael to sign the Local Initiative Program application and waive-appraisal letter. The Board also unanimously approved two special event permits and one entertainment permit for the Randall Woods Park Grand Opening Celebration on June 13, 2026, with rain date June 14.
In Town Meeting business, the Board voted 3-2 to send a certified copy of the Town Meeting vote on Article 50, a July 4 declaration, to relevant recipients without additional Board cover letter.
