Stow Planning Board rejects continuance for troubled tire shop permit. After 15 agenda advertisements and only six meetings over 19 months, the Board voted unanimously to deny applicant Saied Borghani's latest request to postpone the public hearing on his auto service and tire repair shop at 124 Great Road, forcing testimony that exposed setback violations, inadequate lighting over emergency exits, and questionable valet parking arrangements. Chair Lori Clark stated April 14, 2026, will be the final hearing date and that the applicant must submit revised plans responding to the Board's consulting engineer's comments, obtain any necessary variances from the Zoning Board of Appeals, and cannot begin work until the Planning Board approves a decision and the 90-day appeal period expires.
