Planning Board · Meeting of October 6, 2026
Stow Planning Board unanimously approved an ANR plan creating two conforming residential lots. The reconfiguration of the 20 Packard Road property converts a 1.8-acre landlocked parcel and an adjacent property through a land swap, with each new lot meeting the 1.5-acre minimum and 200-foot frontage requirements. Planning Director Valerie Oorthuys reported that a $600,000 public access improvement funding request for Randall Woods Park, covering boardwalks, trails, and overlooks to accompany a grant-funded wetland restoration, will be brought to a January Special Town Meeting.
The board also continued Wedgewood Pines Country Club's public hearing on its outdoor events special permit modification to November 17 at 7:15 PM.
