Stow Historical Commission unanimously approves two prior meeting minutes and treasurer's report on May 7. All six members attended the Zoom session: Dot Spaulding, Barbara Clancy, Stacen Goldman, Bob Norton, Andy Crosby, and Nancy Arsenault. Commission members discussed West School roof and masonry work, learning from Barbara Clancy that state accessibility regulations require upgrades because the project exceeds 30 percent of assessed building value; the commission approved a site walk at the school with Historical Society members.
Nancy Arsenault plans to contact Crosby Design, a West Concord wooden sign maker, about historic plaques and will work to post plaque procedures on the town website.
