Historical Commission approves February minutes and treasurer's report

STOW — The Stow Historical Commission unanimously approved its February minutes and treasurer's report at a Zoom meeting March 5. Chair Dot Spaulding and members discussed the West School project budget revision to account for prevailing wage requirements, with the Community Preservation Committee recommending $450,000 in funding. The commission will examine a Lions Club proposal for Wait Station restoration at its April meeting and pursue guidance from the Massachusetts Historical Commission on an archaeological survey at Stow Acres.

Guest Nancy Arsenault applied for associate member status through the town website.
