Historical Commission · Meeting of February 5, 2026

STOW — The Stow Historical Commission unanimously approved its 2025 town report and created up to three associate member positions, with voting-rights determination to follow. Barbara Clancy reported the West School restoration application, seeking $420,200 from the Community Preservation Committee for roof and chimney work, with CPC voting March 2. Dot Spaulding proposed a program on Stow's industrial trades, which the commission supported, and advanced a plaque application pending cost updates from painter Eleanor Langham.

The commission will coordinate with the Select Board on posting the vacancies and review Nancy Arsenault's application for associate membership.
