STOW — Hale High School Fund Trustees approve $17,000 FY2027 grant to Randall Library. The fund's portfolio balance reached $357,299.68 as of December 31, 2025, with a calendar-year net gain of $20,786.12 driven by capital gains and market strength. Trustees voted unanimously to approve the grant, which falls within the fund's historical guideline of 4 to 5 percent of year-end portfolio balance and will support digital materials and periodicals purchases.
Co-Interim Library Director Sarah Hurtig reported the library renovation is on schedule for completion by January 31, with reopening targeted for mid-March.
