Stow Finance Committee maintains its prior position against Common Road petition amendments. At its May 9 meeting, Chair Brian Patuto moved to alter the committee's recommendation on an amended citizens petition for Common Road, which sought Select Board reconsideration and free-cash allocation for further study. Angela Zhang seconded the motion; Jeff Kimmelman and Ross Perry voted in favor, while Zhang and Patuto opposed.

The 2-2 vote defeated the motion, preserving the original recommendation. The committee separately affirmed its "no action" recommendation on Article 42, West School Roof Stabilization.
