CPC Unanimously Endorses $440,000 West School Restoration

Stow CPC endorses $440,000 West School Restoration for Town Meeting. The Community Preservation Committee unanimously approved three warrant articles for the spring Town Meeting, including the CPA Reserves and Expenses articles, and authorized payment of $13,890 to Fuss & O'Neill for Wetland Replication Design work. Barbara Clancy's revised funding request for West School Restoration was unanimously endorsed at the increased amount of $440,000 to account for prevailing wage requirements and construction cost escalation.
A proposed conservation restriction on Rock Bottom Farm was deferred after Conservation Director Jacquie Goring reported that property owners have not yet submitted a required appraisal.
