CPC pulls West School Restoration article from Town Meeting

STOW — Community Preservation Committee defers West School restoration project. The Stow CPC voted unanimously to notify Town Administrator Denise Dembkoski that the West School Restoration article, previously slated for the spring town meeting warrant, has been withdrawn by the Historical Commission pending resolution of Americans for Disabilities Act compliance requirements. Barbara Clancy of the Historical Commission will meet with building inspector and town disability coordinator Frank Ramsbottom to determine necessary scope adjustments, including door widening and walkway slope modifications.
The Committee voted unanimously to approve a $29,094.10 invoice to Fuss & O'Neill for Wetland Replication Design work.
