STOW — Council on Aging Board meets to clarify role and mission. Director Alyson Toole reported programs running at full capacity, including AARP Tax Preparation and the newly renamed Active Fitness class. The board is pursuing approximately $44,000 to fund a replacement mini-van through a Community Chest request, formula grant, and donation from a deceased senior's estate.

Town Administrator Denise Dembkoski clarified the board's statutory limitations and noted that formalizing the board's charge would require Select Board approval.
