Stow Council on Aging Board votes to appoint mission-statement subcommittee following governance discussion. Board members raised concerns about lifetime appointments and member retention, prompting Chair Jeanne Genereux to propose creating a subcommittee. Charlie Aaronson and associate member Brian Burke volunteered to lead the effort.
