Stow Conservation Commission approves farm license renewals in routine January meeting. The Stow Conservation Commission unanimously approved renewal of two farm license agreements with language designed to satisfy Article 97 policy, according to Conservation Director Jacquie Goring. Staff reported that the Department of Public Works will submit a Notice of Intent for a pond leveling device at Potash Brook to address beaver-related flooding, and that wetland restoration planning for Randall Woods Park and Stow Acres is proceeding with an engineering concept plan expected in February.
The Commission continued a public hearing on Bentley Building Corp's planned conservation development at 33 and 45 Walcott Street, with 26 units proposed, to April 21, 2026.
