STOW — Community Preservation Committee approves housing trust agreement, advances $165,000 in warrant articles. The Stow CPC voted unanimously to approve a memorandum of understanding with the Stow Municipal Affordable Housing Trust after committee member Mike Busch flagged and the panel voted to remove a provision permitting administrative expense deductions from project funds. The committee separately approved two administrative warrant articles for May Town Meeting allocating $165,000 in Community Preservation Act funds: $112,000 split equally among Open Space and Recreation, Housing, and Historical Preservation categories, plus $53,000 for committee operations.
