Commission approves Taylor Road single-family dwelling

Stow Conservation Commission approves Taylor Road dwelling, continues major projects. Chair Matt Styckiewicz and the six-member commission unanimously approved an Order of Conditions for Bruce Ringwall's single-family dwelling project at 331 Taylor Road, including provisions for twice-yearly seasonal mowing in the wetland buffer zone. The commission also unanimously issued a Partial Certificate of Compliance for the Eversource Sudbury-Hudson Transmission Reliability Project after the company removed an undocumented drainage pipe from an abutting property.

Two major projects face continued review: a 26-unit planned conservation development at 33 & 45 Walcott Street, and retaining wall reconstruction at 204 Barton Road.
