Stow Conservation Commission approves two major decisions. The Commission unanimously issued a Negative 3 Determination for Masters Academy International's emergency access drive at 688 Great Road, enabling work at the redeveloping former Bose property without a full Order of Conditions. Separately, the Commission unanimously approved an Order of Conditions for Karen Kennan's 204 Barton Road project reconstructing retaining walls and walkways in the Lake Boon buffer zone, phased for fall and spring construction.
Two additional hearings — for Roger Kane's resource area delineation at 0 State Road and 331 Harvard Road Realty Trust's driveway relocation and building additions — were continued to June 30.
