DeLuca as Clerk. The committee reviewed FY27 capital requests with D. Dembkoski reporting approximately $800,000 available in free cash for projects.

Major capital items include a $450,000 Town Center design and a $4 million school roof project planned as a debt exclusion, with road work, fire department equipment, and facility improvements also under review. The committee set meeting dates through April 22, when a town meeting vote on capital requests is anticipated.
