Board of Assessors approves routine tax commitments

Stow Board of Assessors approves routine monthly items. The board unanimously approved invoices totaling $262.91, including $12.91 in mileage reimbursement for Principal Assessor Kristen Fox and a $250 payment to the Massachusetts Association of Assessing Officers. The board approved warrants and commitments totaling $1,059.64 and signed off on the Motor Vehicle and Boat Abatement Report for March showing $8,064.58 in abatements.

Real estate exemptions totaling $3,564.73 were also signed. The board entered executive session to review personal exemption and abatement applications and pending tax litigation matters.
